Sir JOSEPH COOK (PARRAMATTA, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for the Navy) - The work is proceeding; but just at present the actual construction of the larger vessels which are to be built at Cockatoo Island is held up pending the arrival of the necessary material from England, where the order was placed some months ago. The material was not obtainable in the Commonwealth.
