Mr PARKER MOLONEY (HUME, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I desire to ask the Postmaster-General a question in regard to mail contractors in the several States. Scarcely a day passes that I do not get a letter from a mail contractor, whose Contract dates over two or three years, at the beginning of which fodder was about one-third its present price. Under the circumstances many of the contractors are not able to carry on, and I wish to know whether the PostmasterGeneral proposes to give them any relief?
