Sir JOSEPH COOK (PARRAMATTA, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for the Navy) - The hand-weaving industry in New South Wales, is conducted by the Red Cross Society; in Victoria, by a Trust representative of the Returned Sailors and Soldiers Imperial League of Australia. In each case, the controlling authorities determine the terms and conditions of employment of the men employed, and conduct the industry as it deems fit.
