Mr SPEAKER - I have received an intimation from the honorable member for Darling (Mr. Blakeley) that he desires to move the adjournment of the House to discuss a definite matter of urgent public importance, namely, " The present congestion in the Arbitration Court, and matters appertaining thereto."
