Sir JOSEPH COOK (PARRAMATTA, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for the Navy) - I do not see how the Articles of Association can be laid on the table before the agreement has been ratified. So far as I know, all available details are contained in the agreement.

Mr Blakeley - The agreement does not even guarantee that the company will do the work.

Sir JOSEPH COOK (PARRAMATTA, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for the Navy) - It is hardly usual to subscribe a capital of £500,000 and do nothing with it.

Sir JOSEPH COOK (PARRAMATTA, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for the Navy) - The parent company? I will see if they can be obtained. The Government desires that honorable members shall know everything, from A to Z, about the agreement.
