Mr RICHARD FOSTER (Wakefield) .- I move-

That the following new paragraph be added to the clause : -

(d)   arrange with the Governments of the respective States for the erection of such other temporary structures as may be found necessary.

ThaPrime- Minister was good enough to suggest the means by which the very strong objection I raised, owing to the peculiar position of South Australia, has been practically removed. The amendment will secure the protection of the entire grain stocks in Australia.
