The CHAIRMAN - The provision in regard to blended wine brandy has been agreed to, and the Committee is now discussing a proposal to substitute a new paragraph for paragraph 2 of the motion.

Mr BAMFORD - Then I shall move my amendment when we come to deal with the Bill. There should be no misunderstanding as to the meaning of ' brandy, which is a spirit distilled wholly from grapes. I see no need for the term "blended wine" brandy.
