The CHAIRMAN - I think that, so far as the Government are concerned, it is merely a question of taste as to the particular form in which they shall bring down these resolutions. I take it that they are practically one resolution. The practice which has been followed is that which has always been observed in this House, and the proposals of the Government are perfectly in order.
