Mr WATSON (Bland) .- I desire to ask the Prime Minister whether the Cabinet has yet arrived at a decision with respect to putting the suggestion to the electors at the next general election for an amendment of the Constitution providing that in future the elections for the Senate and the House of Representatives shall be held some months later than the usual time ? If a decision has been come to, it is desirable that it should be made known at the earliest moment-
