Mr ISAACS (Indi) (Attorney-General) . - I move -

That the following new sub-clause be added : - " 6. No person shall in any proceeding before a Justice be excused from answering any question or producing documents on the ground that the answer or production may criminate or tend to criminate him, but this answer shall not be admissible in evidence against him in any criminal proceedings other than a prosecution for perjury."
