Mr GLYNN (Angas) .- I wish to make it obligatory that the ComptrollerGeneral's certificate shall specify the name of his informant. Consequently I move -

That the amendment be amended by the insertion of the following new paragraph in subclause 2 : - " (e) The name, address, and occupation of any person not being an officer of the Public Service upon whose information he may have acted."

My object is to insure that outside interlopers shall declare their names and occuDations.
