Mr GLYNN (Angas) .- I should like to know whether the Attorney-General will supply information - if it is not already contained in the papers - as to the number of cases which have been dealt with by the High Court in its original jurisdiction, as well as in its appellate jurisdiction, so that we may see what class of business has principally engaged the attention of the Court.

Mr Isaacs - I think that most of the information desired is included in the papers - that is, so far as it is obtainable at present.

Question resolved in the affirmative.

Resolution reported and adopted.

Motion (by Mr. Isaacs) agreed to -

That the papers laid on the table last night be printed.
