Mr KELLY (Wentworth) . - I rise, Mr. Speaker, not to exercise my right to speak to the motion "that the Bill be now read a second time," because I cannot be in the House immediately after the adjournment for dinner, but to suggest that, in the circumstances, the Government might reasonably be expected to give the House some further information.-
