Mr FISHER (Wide Bay) - The Electoral Bill which has just been passed is so involved as to be likely to cause much difficulty and confusion in its interpretation, and 1 ask the Minister of Home Affairs whether he will see that copies are circulated to honorable members at the earliest possible date. The character and extent of the amendments which have been made in the law are such that I believe no honorable member knows exactly what the provisions are.
