Mr AUSTIN CHAPMAN (EDEN-MONARO, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Postmaster-General) - I have been unable to see him yet, because of the long sittings of Parliament, but I hope to have an interview with him in the course of the next few days, when the matter will receive full consideration-.
