Mr GROOM (DARLING DOWNS, QUEENSLAND) (Minister for Home Affairs) - The Treasurer could answer this question better than I can. I understand the intention was to pay these increases as soon as an appropriation had been made. I ask the honorable gentleman to give notice of his second question, because I think the dates, from which some of these increases take effect vary.
