Mr JOSEPH COOK (PARRAMATTA, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Why should we provide that a mark must be publicly used by more than three persons as conclusive evidence that it is common to the trade? Under section 39 of the English Act, user by1 only two persons is necessary.

That the word " three " be left out, with a view to insert the word " two."
