House of Representatives electorates

The number of electorates in each State and Territory is determined by population. There were 150 electorates contested in the 2010 election, with the entitlement for each State and Territory as follows:

The election was held on 21 August 2010. This was two years, eight months and 23 days after the 2007 election.
