Call for investigation into airlines' business practices -

View in ParlViewView other Segments

The consumer advocacy group Choice says that Australia's domestic airlines are ripping off passengers, and it's called on the ACCC to step in.

The group has submitted a complaint to the watchdog, that identifies a number of what it calls "systemic breaches" of consumer law.

It says the ACCC should undertake a market study in order to shed light on the industry and its practices.
