Victorian researchers call for preschool expansion -

In the past five years, enrolment in preschool has expanded to almost every four-year-old child in Australia.

Now, child development researchers are calling for another increase so every three-year-old is also included.

At the moment about one in three children attend preschool for only one year, rather than two.
