Live from Brekky Central this is

Weekend Sunrise. Here is Samantha

and Larry. Good morning, thank you

for joining us this Saturday. It is

very exciting news. Royal twins and

a doggy diet. We love a royal

wedding and pregnancy. Australia's

favourite Crown Princess is

she pregnant with twins. Wow! She royal court in Denmark announced the speculation overnight. The expecting again. She put an end to

Sharyn so we will be on baby watch

all year this year. Shortly we will

get a live reaction from Copenhagen.

Now a royal story of a different

kind. Prince Andrew has been

snapped loving life with a sexy

brunette. Who is this new mystery

woman and is it true love? We will

find that out later too. I hope it

wasn't Mary? That wouldn't work

wasn't Mary? That wouldn't work out

particularly well. Let's begin with

the latest news from Sarah Cumming.

Labor has received a slight boost

in the latest opinion poll but is

still in a losing position two

weeks out from polling day. Today

both leaders will take the battle

to Brisbane with Julia Gillard set

to meet Kevin Rudd face-to-face for

the first time since she deposed

election and the government him. Two weeks out from the

election and the government has

made little progress in winning

back voter support despite a shift

in campaign strategy. Today's

Nielsen Poll shows Labor continuing

to trail the coalition 51% to 49%.

Two-party preferred. The

government's primary vote remains

steady at 36% while the opposition

is down 1 point to 44%. Travelling

to the sunshine State today Ms

Gillard will go after the senior's

vote offering elderly Australians

the chance to earn up to 6,500 a

year without losing pension

benefits. A reunion with Kevin Rudd

is planned. Like other senior

members of the team he will be

campaigning for the election of the

Labor government. Tony Abbott says

right now it is hard to know who is

in charge of the government. Is in charge of the government. Is it

real Julia? Fake Julia? Is it come-

back Kev? The Opposition Leader

the agenda today when he flies to will bring asylum seekers become on

Brisbane. He will speak to the

president of na rue about reopening

its regional detention centre. He

revealed if he wins government he

will consider a plan for young

people to give up their welfare

Australian-born Princess Mary is

pregnant and expecting twins. The

Danish Royal Court confirmed the

38-year-old is due to give birth in

about a royal birth has been rife

this week after she was spotted in

loose fitting clothing and with a

the centre of the $37 million

lawsuit, Kristy Fraser-Kirk, denies

Police divers searching for missing

six-year-old Kiesha Abrahams will

today focus on shallow creeks in

western Sydney. Locals have again

held vigils outside the young

girl's home overnight lighting cans

and leaving dolls and bears. There

has been no sign of her since she

was reported missing by her mother

and stepfather from their Mt Druitt

unit last Sunday. They are staying

at a nearby hotel to escape the

attention. Pakistan's Prime

Minister has appealed for

international help as the country

deals with its worst floods in

history. 12 million people have

been affected by the disaster with

at least 1,600 killed. Authorities

are struggling to evacuate hundreds

of thousands of locals from risk

regions in the south. More

torrential rain is forecast in

coming days. BP says it may drill

again in the same underwater

reservoir that leaked millions of

litres of oil into the Gulf of

Mexico. Fishes say there is still a

lot of oil and gas at the site.

Efforts to permanently plug the

leak with cement are going to plan.

We have actually had more than a

week where we haven't identified

any recoverable oil to use things

like the big open water skimmers on.

The cement seal will be tested this

weekend. In finance news:

Now with sport here is Simon.

In AFL Carlton is back from the

wilderness and has all be ended

Essendon's finals tilt after a 76-

point thrashing last flight. The

Blues lost their past six clashes

against Essendon but three first

quarter goals from Jeff Garlett had

Carlton leading at half time. The

Essendon midfielder Brett Stanton

pulled the Bombers to within a

couple of kicks midway through the

third quarter. The Blues kicked an

incredible ten goals in the final

term to seal an emphatic win which

now moves them to sixth on the ladder.

NRL Parramatta's final chances have

taken a big hit after the Titans

recorded a come from behind win

last night. The Hayne plane was

flying high early on as the Eels

led at half time. A shy shot on

Scott Prince fuelled the Titans

fire as they crossed for six

second-half tries to turn the match

on its head. Minichello has got the

ball to the ground. While in

Townsville the Broncos consolidated

their position in the top eight

with a firey win over the Cowboys.

In the A-League north Queensland

snatched a thrilling draw with

Perth after a last-gasp goal at NIB

Stadium last night. After trailing

early on the Fury hit back with

goals each side of half time to

take the lead. The Glory scored

twice more to regain the lead. In

one final twist Chris Grossman

rescued a point for north

Queensland. The Fury have scored

rig at the death! At Hindmarsh

Stadium Adelaide had to settle for

a goaless draw against Newcastle

after Daniel Mullen's goal was

ruled off side. The wallaby's half

back said they must go no tonight's

Bledisloe Cup game tonight with a

positive mindset. It is part of

winning. If you don't believe you

can win you shouldn't turn up. If

you go into a game believing you

can't win you have already lost.

They will need to brick a nine-year

Adam Scott is the best Aussie at

day James toe win is introducing us

to roller derby girl or half naked

girls but not today. We have a

treat for all the boys out there.

We have the weather with Rachael

Finch, former Miss Universe

Australia. She is filling in for JT

while he is on holidays. How are

you out there? It is freezing.

Beautiful morning, I'm just warming

up slowly as the sun is rising. I

thought I'd give James a little

sleep in this morning. I'd much

prefer to be in a nice warm bed but

it is beautiful here this morning.

Let's check out what is happening

in the weather across the country today.

I'm down here at the Sydney

Observatory and this year they

celebrated their 1152nd birthday

and had a record number of visitors

this year at 182,000 but at the

moment it is just me and two crazy

weird scientists running around in

the background. It looks like an

armed robbery has taken place or

something. I I'm not sure who I am

more scared of those guys or Todd

McKenny. We will be tkhating --

chatting to them later on. That was

your first one, one down. Simon and

I have never watched the weather

before. We drift off and have a cup

of coffee and read the papers when

Tobin is talking. I'm waiting for

someone to bring me my hot tea, I'm

so cold. Simon will be right there.

Congratulations. Isn't it great

having a former Miss Universe

Australia on the show. You guys are

OK with that, aren't you? It's

great. She is beautiful and very

relaxed. In a moment an election

update. We hit the campaign trail a

fortnight out from the big vote.

Slaib behind so can Julia Gillard

turn her fortunes around. Princess

Mary is expecting twins - we are

going live to Denmark next. At OPSM, you can currently buy

two pairs of their Ray-Ban designer glasses from $398. But if you think that's still too much, at Specsavers, you can get two pairs of Tommy Hilfiger designer glasses from as little as $199. Great quality glasses shouldn't cost the earth. At Specsavers, they don't. We're backed by one of the world's fastest growing optical networks with a real commitment to value. too much for glasses, you should've gone to Specsavers.

Thanks for joining us this morning.

It is a fortnight until the

election. The Prime Minister will

be campaigning in Brisbane later

today and the big question, how

will a planned reunion with her

dumped predecessor go. Despite the

remerge against of Kevin Rudd this

week the latest poll shows it has

not helped Labor's campaign. On a

two-party preferred basis Labor is

trailing the coalition. Seven's

political reporter Jodie Speers is

with the Julia Gillard camp. They

spent the night in Melbourne. It

does not look like Kevin Rudd

campaigning for Labor has helped in

those polls at all. That's right

but you need to keep in mind that

Kevin Rudd hasn't actually

campaigned for Labor yet. He is

expecting to hit is hustings

tomorrow so we will have to see how

it goes from there. The other thing

to keep in mind is that this poll

was done between Tuesday night and

Thursday night and it was only on

Thursday afternoon that he came out

and gave this speech of unity so

that is another thing to bear in

min. The thing that Labor will be

relieved about with this poll is

that it is no longer moving

backwards, it is not moving

forwards but it is sort of standing

still. It is still in a pretty bad

way, still in an election-losing

position from this poll but it is

not like its support is in freefall

anymore. With the Prime Minister be

catching up with Kevin Rudd in

Brisbane today? She will and it

should be fairly awkward. Imagine a

first date awkwardness times by 100

today. This will be the first time

the pair will be meeting since

Julia Gillard took Kevin Rudd's job

six weeks ago. Also Kevin Rudd has

been through a fair bit since then,

he has had surgery and has been

pretty unwell. The Prime Minister

will go to see him in Brisbane.

Whether or not the media will be

privy to that discussion we will

have to wait and see. What sort of

show can we expect for them, they

are both clearly supporting the

party and are there for the one

cause. They have to put on a pretty

good show because we can expect

what they are thinking underneath

the face. That is right. We will

have to see how this plays out. I

would say that today would be the

only meeting that they have. They

need to do this for the public show

of it. Then it will be interesting

to see Kevin Rudd out there in

Queensland and in New South Wales

campaigning as if he was the one

that was running for - to be prime

minister once again. He will be

Troying to shore up that support

and win over the voters who have

been upset with the way he has been

handled. An interesting dynamic for

this election. First date

awkwardness times 100 - I think you

are right there. Tony Abbott wants

young people to give up welfare

benefits for a guaranteed job. How

popular do you think this policy

would be this Pretty popular. This

is one of the poll shows that would

have the spa of the majority of the

country. In this case it is not a

harsh work for the dole mandatory

sort of scheme, it is a voluntary

one. What would happen is young

people would say, "I want to work

for a certain period of time "and

would flfr give up their welfare

payments. It appeals to the people

that do want to have a job and get

out there and participate in

society but have not been able to

get that work. He will be

announcing that one today. It is

the sort of visionary approach the

country needs at the moment. It

shows the confidence he has at the

moment. Thank you very much for the

update. Over the Denmark where

rumours that Princess Mary is

expect having been confirmed

overnight. The palace announced

Mary is expecting twins. She is due

to give birth in January. In recent

weeks she has been seen wearing

baggy clothes and sporting a bump.

Joining us now is Danish TV2 royal

correspondent Lennart Sten. Good

morning to you. How far along is

the princess? Oh yes. Good morning

you said, here it is the middle of

the night and it has been an

amazing day in Copenhagen. The

royal court says she is 14 weeks

and that she is going to get her

babies around January. Normally it

takes 40 weeks to produce but

because they are twins it may be -

it would only be 35 or 37 weeks so

that would be around Christmas,

maybe in the beginning of January.

Now Princess Mary obviously has two

children already, has the princess

spoken about wanting to have more

children? They have always been

talking about that but I guess this

is a total surprise. It is very

important for the royal court to

announce that the babies are made

the natural way because there have

been some rumours - I think it was

in the Australian press - that they

had some treatment to get pregnant

but that's not right underlined the

royal court. They thought they

would get one baby and the Danish

population, they got so surprised

when they announced here at 3

o'clock in the afternoon, Danish

time, that it is going to be twins.

It is amazing. I think way, way,

back in the 1300s or something

there was twins in the royal family

so this is a huge story in Denmark.

Also around the countries around

Denmark this is something really

special. And very exciting for

Australians too. You touched on

this briefly but how are the people

of Denmark taking this news. Is

there people in the streets

celebrating? Yes, it is kind of

euphoric happiness. It is a

fairytale. First we get a prince

and then a princess and now we get

two more prince or princesses and

there is all the bookmakers. They

are starting bettings, it is a boy

or girl, two boys, two girls. I

think right now you get most value

of your money if you put it on one

girl and one boy, so prince and

princess that. Is the best bet

right now. I might have to go down

to the TAB. What do the Danes like

so much about Mary? She is very

popular, isn't she? She is. She

looks gorgeous and has been very

good to Danish tradition and the

language. You can't - it's very

difficult to hear that she is not

native -- not a native Danish woman

and she is doing all kinds of

appearances and she always looks

good when she is opening museums

and when she is soaping musicals

and when she is doing things like

that so I think the Danes love her.

We will have to leave it there.

Thank you for talking to us and con

grtations, very exciting news. It

usually takes 40 weeks to make a

princess, don't for get that. From

one royal family to another rumours

of a new romance are heating up

over in the UK. Prince Andrew has

been photographs with a woman on a

yacht in the Mediterranean. He was

beaming as he got up and personal

with the young brunette. Sam just

leaning forward to take a closer

look at the photographs. Is the

Duke in love? Richard Arnold joins

us from London. Prince Andrew looks

very happy in these pictures,

pretty relaxed. Any truth in the

rumours? I tell you what - I'm just

thrilled truth in the rumours or

not aside that at least one of them

was wearing a bra. Did you see the

moobs on that man. My case in point.

Can you see that. He should have

covered up. Get yourself a knoted

sarong. Put a union jack around

yourself. Who can blame the prince

for enjoying a bit of slip, slop

slap out in Sardinia on a beautiful

yacht - there's the slip, slop,

slap action happening there. This

year in particular the royal family

made a trip to celebrate princess

Ann's 60th. I would swap a young

lady in hot pans and a withoutaway

bikini than a cruise with Princess

Anne anytime. Have we confirmed

they are man boobs and not just

floatation devices. What do we know

about the woman? Apparently - no,

it is definitely a woman. Sorry the

talk back is a little rough this

morning. We could be getting into

all sorts of trouble with the

Palace here. I can confirm she is a

guest aboard the boat... What do we

know about the woman, we know it is

a woman. What do we know about the

woman? We can tell you she is

actually the wife of a chap on bord

so we can scratch those rumours

right nouflt she is definitely a

woman and married to a happen

onboard the yacht although he was

above deck to pull focus from the

prince and his frolics. He is 50

years old this year. He was in

February. You and I Larry are well

and truly off that and certainly in

much better shape so we couldn't

possibly hazard a guess as to what

a midlife crisis is like. The

prince is never knowingly short of

female company. The man is

constantly battling allegations

that he is not quite the right

ambassador for Brit's abroad when

it comes to trade, that is while he

is dubbed air miles Andy, because

he takes free trips. He spends more

time battling those allegations

about that than he does pursuing

any kind of happiness in his

private life. Is he ready to settle

down again, albeit not with the

wife of a crew member on the boat

but is he ready to settle down

again? This is it. You look at his

life and the pattern that has

formed over the last 35 years or so,

ever since he was old enough to

court beautiful blondes or

brunettes around the globe and he

has resorted to the same pattern

over and over again. He sun likely

to settle down. He is very happy

with the status quo with the

Duchess of York and his two

daughters. They seem so make a very

happy, if not ever so slightly

dysfunctional family unit when Thai

are at home tonight under the same

-- they are at tom tonight under

the same roof at Windsor Park. We

do appreciate you cutting through

all of that for us. If you want to

see that interview again head to my

website really bad TV

interviews.com. Aren't we getting

some fun out of the royals today.

How funny was the royal reporter -

it takes 40 weeks to make a

princess. You are watching Weekend

Sunrise on the Seven Network.

VOICEOVER: Tony Abbott said WorkChoices was good for wages and for workers. He even said WorkChoices was one of the Howard Government's greatest achievements. Then just this year, he said he'd bring back individual contracts and cut unfair dismissal laws the worst of WorkChoices. But with an election on, he now says WorkChoices is dead, but then adds... I can't give an absolute guarantee about every single aspect of workplace relations legislation.

The latest opinion polls show Labor

is still behind, just two weeks out

from the election. The coalition

has a winning lead of 51% to 49

two-party preferred. Julia Gillard

will head to Brisbane today to meet

with Kevin Rudd for the first time

since she deposed him as he

prepares to join the campaign trail.

Like other senior members of the

team he will be campaigning for the

election of the Labor government.

Ms Gillard is set to target the

senior's vote offering elderly

Australians the chance to earn up

to $6,500 a year without losing

pension benefits. Tony Abbott will

be trarveveling to Brisbane today

for a meeting with na rue's

president. The two men will discuss

Mr Abbott's election promise to

reopen the asylum seeker detention

centre on the Pacific island. Mr

About (has youth welfare in sight.

His plan would have young people

giving up their welfare benefits in

return for a guaranteed job. The

Coalition officially launches its

campaign in Brisbane tomorrow.

Secret police files on AFL players

are now being shared with the

league under a new agreement.

Victoria Police can now hand over

any records it has on AFL players,

coaches and board members,

including photos and videos. The

reason behind the agreement has not

been revealed but is believed to be

part of efforts to combat match

fixing, sexual assault and drug use.

The AFL player's association and

civil liberties groups say the move

is a major invasion of privacy.

More than 100 people have been

killed in flash flooding in India's

Himalayan region. Torrential rains

triggered mud slides burying

mildings -- buildings and cars.

Emergency workers moved quickly to

rescue survivors from the rubble

and mud. There are no reports that

foreigners are among the victims.

Thick smoke from spreading

wildfires is hovering over Russia's

capital forcing locals to wear

protective masks. Many of Moscow's

most famous landmarks have

disappeared in the smog. More than

50 people have been killed in the

blazes triggered by a record summer

heatwave. Australia's Princess Mary

is set to add two more children to

her family. A statement released by

the Danish royals say mayor I have

pregnant with twins and is due in

January. The confirmation follows

weeks of speculation. The 38 and

her husband Prince Frederik already

have two children, Christian and us

dah Bella. In the NRL the Broncos

have beaten the Cowboys by eight

points last night. The match

erupted after 30 minutes after a

tablg on Cowboy's centre Thai

Williams with three players sent to

the sin bin. Brisbane did the

damage on the scoreboard as they

finished 34-26 winners. At Skilled

Park the Titans came back from 12-

nil down to topple the Eels 34-12.

In AFL Carlton has ended its lean

run against Essendon with a 67

point demolition at the MCG last

night. The Blues had lost their

past six clashes against the

Bombers but the small forward

helped Essendon to get off to a

flier with three goals in the first

quarter. The Bombers managed to

stay in touch with the blues as

Brent Stanton reduced the margin to

nine in the third quarter. It is

closeing now for sure. The Blues

kicked ten goals in an amazing

final quarter to race away with a

win that all be ends Essendon's

hopes of making the finals.

In the A-League last night we had a

flash of it before, it is back now.

North Queensland jumped to a 2-1

lead after trailing early on

against Perth. Chris Grossman

snatch snached a draw at the death.

We will be there and are confident

with ourselves and will keep doing

the job. At Hindmarsh Stadium

Daniel Mullen had a goal ruled out

for off side and they fought out a

drawl nil-all draw with the jets.

Larry and I voted for James'

replace to -- replacement to be

dear Rachael. Now here she is. Good

morning all. I have swapped fashion

for fun this morning. I have the

lab coat on with these crazy

scientists and we are down here at

the Sydney Observatory. If you have

ever wondered what acidic drinks

and food does to your teeth we will

find out in just a moment. First

let's check out what is happening

around the country with let's check out what is happening around the country with the weather.

A trough over coastal Queensland is

causing the odd shower. Cold air in

the south-east behind a cold front

is triggering a few clearing

showers in southern Victoria and as

the mania. A high is keeping the

rest of the country clear and dry.

Let's take look at the capital cities:

We have a couple of different

things happening this morning and

some experiments. These are our

crazy mad Ma cmp lean's scientists.

We are demonstrating the effects of

acid wear on teeth. To do this

experiment we will use thing called

polySteinmeier European, story foam,

and will uses a -- acetone to show

the effects of Coca-Cola and

anything with sugar in it in effect.

Even the best of things can have a

bad effect on your teeth but we

don't discourage you from eating

them as well. Rachael you want to

do this with your gold hands. I

might get the gloves on. do this with your gold hands. I

might get the gloves on. This is a

good, good excuse. We will get you

to hold the thing here and I will

apply the acetone. I want you to

turn it slowly so we can try to get

coverage on the city row foam. It

is eating -- styrofoam. As you can

see it is eating it away. This is

what happens to our teeth overtime.

It actually eats away at it. That

looks nice. It is not a very

friendly smile there. So obviously

good brushing is the key. This is a

very extreme version of what might

happen to your teeth though. Next

time you have a soft drink your

teeth won't disEngland the great.

EveryTim you brush, brush for two

minutes. Two whole minutes. Very important. minutes. Two whole minutes. Very

important. If you are having Coca-

Cola for breakfast this morning put

it down. That was the actual size

of one of the teeth I used to wear

for Price is Right. Andrew still

wears them for Deal. He borrowed

them. It is a rental arrangement we

have. Ahead - the pooch that is in

Can you imagine Al world with Oprah

is president? Yes, I can. Or

perhaps Clint Eastwood? Ah

Schwarzenegger sweards is Governor

of California and Wyclef Jean is

running for the President of Haiti.

Here is a look at the celebs that

would rock the White House.

# I got a pocket full of cheese and

a guarden full of trees.

# It doesn't matter. Wyclef Jean

isn't your usual politician but

this hip hop artist with heart is

determined to be the President of

Haiti. He wants to give back to the

earthquake devastated region where

he was born. Showbiz editor Nelsons

a Spence is backing the former star.

He is very passionately committed

to his homeland and has also given

his time and resources to improving

the country and really wants to

pull it out of poverty. I think he

stands a great shot and would

probably do a great job. Politics

and central bank remembers have

never been so intertwined. Talk

show host Oprah Winfrey helped

Barack Obama get elected in 2008.

We need Barack Obama. She has

mingled with world leaders and been

named in 'Time' magazine's list of

most influential people six times.

So is her next stop the White

House? The Sun Herald's Shelly

Horton. Of course she would be the

best President. Already she has

half of the nation reading books

through her book club. Oprah says

jump, everyone in America says how

high. She is not that keen to be

President she says but maybe when

she is retired she might recorps.

President Clint Eastwood. It

certainly has a ring. The Oscar

winner served as the mayor of the

Californian town of Carmel from

1986 to 1988. I would vote for

Clint Eastwood. The man is a

generous. If he can write a film,

direct it, write the score, may the

-- play the musical instruments and

star in it, he can run a country.

Angelina Jolie does enough

humanitarian work to make her a

worthy candidate but her shadey

past could be an issue. When it

comes to Angelina Jolie, she has

done a lot of work for the UN and

adopted 1 million kids but I can't

get past the fact that she kissed

her brother and went out with Billy

Bob Thornton. I won't vote for her.

# Don't cry for he Argentina. Pop

Queen Madonna portrayed Eva Peron

in Evita. In real life at least she

would bring a unique style to the

White House. Hey America I'm Paris

Hilton and I'm a celebrity too. I'm

not from the olden days and I'm not

promising change like that other

guy. I'm just hot. We remember

Paris Hilton in the John McCain

spoof but if she decided to run for

any kind of office it would be the

end of democracy as we know it. I

would have to leave Hollywood

altogether. The chance of Paris

Hilton becoming president isn't

likely but this is the country with

a long history of stars turned politicians.

# I'll be back. Former terminator

star Arnold Schwarzenegger is the

Governor of California but he was

born in Austria so doesn't have a

shot at the White House. Former

President Ronald Reagan was an

actor before he spent two terms as

President. He had a terrific career

and his acting prowess helped him

tremendously in politics. When

Obama's time is up who knows, the

world may be ruled by a Hollywood

hotship. I want Americans to know I

am totally ready to lead. I will

see you at the debates bitches.

There you go, we will send that

story to the powers that be at the

White House just to give them some

ideas about what could happen.

David Koch for prime minister I'm

thinking. He would go alright. He'd

love that. Still work in the

morning and get to the office on

time. The dog facing eviction for

being too fat. But very cute. The

man tipped to be Australia's father

and I'm gonna ask you to do that for about a minute. That's it. There you go. Beautiful. Now, drink this ice-water. Do I have to? Yes, you do. Oh, dear. Go on. Now give me your immediate reaction. I don't feel any pain! It's fantastic. I don't feel it. It was just an instant reaction. Do you have an iceblock here? (LAUGHS) No, that's amazing. That's actually good. Feels as if I could eat that ice. I just want to know how it works. Well... ..sensitive teeth have open channels. They let the hot and cold sensations reach the nerves. Other sensitive toothpastes desensitise pain over time. Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief, with its unique Pro-Argin formula, actually seals the channels for instant relief. With daily brushing, you get long-lasting relief. Where do I get it? (LAUGHS) I want it now. VOICEOVER: New Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief. MANNEQUIN 1: I don't know - sometimes my stomach just feels heavy. I feel sluggish and slow. MANNEQUIN 2: If I'm not eating properly, I feel bleugh. MANNEQUIN 3: I know what you mean. My stomach feels uncomfortable. MANNEQUIN 4: Well, I get that pretty often. I just don't do anything about it. MANNEQUIN 5: I just had a bowl of All-Bran each day for seven days and I really felt the difference. Wow! Yeah, I feel like I should. VOICEOVER: Try All-Bran Honey Almond flakes for seven days and see if you feel All-Bran new. MANNEQUIN: I could do that. MANNEQUIN 2: Easy. The Hyundai i30 is top dog - again - winning Australia's Best Mid Size Car for a second year in a row. i30 - full of unexpected surprises. (BARKS)

VOICEOVER: John Howard's WorkChoices took away the rights of working Australians. You can't sack me. Really? A minister who backed those laws is today's Liberal leader, Tony Abbott, who said... Er, the phrase 'WorkChoices' is dead. The PHRASE 'WorkChoices', Mr Abbott? Sounds like you're hiding something. The phrase 'WorkChoices' is dead. Tony Abbott will bring back WorkChoices,

he just won't call it that.

They come in all shapes and sizes,

from different backgrounds and

cultures. One thing fathers have in

common is their love for their kids.

Just ask father of two mark lawly.

He has been secretly come Nateed by

his wife for Father of the Year. I

have nominated my husband Mark for

the mentally sexy award because he

is one of those guys that just does

everything to lend a hand. The 30-

year-old has no idea his wife has

nominated him as Australia's most

mentally sexy dad. What do you want

for lunch? I have nominated him as

a surprise so I can show him how

much I appreciate him. Hi babe. I

wanted you to know that all the

work that you do around here and

everything you do for me, come here,

doesn't go unnoticed and I have

nominated you for mentally sexy

award so show you how much I

appreciate everything you do for me.

Thank you very much. From cooking

to cleaning and feeding their two

kids and putting them to bed, he

has always been on hand. Being a

dad is the best job in the world, I

really enjoy it. The competition

set out to recognise everyday dads

who aren't afraid to lend a helping

hand at home. While looks may not

be important in this competition

Anna thinks she has hit the jack

pop. He is not just mentally sexy,

he is physically sexy as well, take

a look. There is one thing she may

not have taken into account. I

changed my mind, the best job in

the world is Larry's, he gets to

work with Kylie and Sam. Joining us

now is Mark Lawley, possible three

most mentally sexy father in the

family and the author of 'My Dad's

Got Mojo'. Mark, what is it you

like most about being a dad?

Probably the time you get with them.

I'm lucky enough to get a job where

I get home in the afternoon. I get

limited time with them but I try to

bath them, feed them, cook them

some dinner and that time you get

to spend time with them as well

rather than just going home and

sitting on the lounge and turning

on the TV to relax. I am still on

the move. I like to come home and

interact with them as much as

possible. It is making that time

the quality time. Were you

surprised to be nominated as

Australia's most mentally sexy dad

and what does that mean? I'm not

entirely sure yet. A bit of a

backlanded compliment. I am not not

sure what it means yet. I was nice

to be recognised by my wife. It

came from a few years ago I was

unemployed for three or four months

and I was a stay at home dad and

that was a big wakeup call to see

Hoy hard it was to sit at home and

be at home with the kids. There

will be so many win out there

saying, "This fellow is fantastic."

He is so mentally sex it is. Why

did you write this book? It is

written by dad for dads, there is

no one talking to dads to talk

about this sort of stuff that Mark

is talking about. I am a speaker by

trade and I would talk to corporate

audiences about creativity and

innovation and mojo and I would get

dads and parents coming up and

saying, "How does that relate to

parents." Give us some tips. The

point is in that -- in thisdy and

age it will not change, dad's will

be busship. If you are going to be

home with with your kids. Dad's are

doing partial attention span. At

home we are busy doing other stuff

or we are watching the footy or on

the iPhone. They need to be with

the kids and ask them questions and

talk to them and with them. There

are some tips, be present,

encourage curiosity, quality not

quantity. There has been a lit

written recently about the fact

that dads are not spending enough

time but it is also proven it is

not how much time it is actually

when you are with them, be with

them and not be partially in the

loom. Don't go to the park and let

them run around and you play on

your iPhone. Be with them and in

the conversation. When they are on

the -- in the park I do

occasionally SMS them so we are

still in contact. Are you kids OK

over there. When is the

announcement? I think it is in

September. Father's Day I suppose,

that would make sense. Good luck,

we will keep an eye out. Saturday's

showbiz headlines follow the break

Tomm Taylor is our man in Hollywood.

Good morning. Amy woin house has

insulted a very important person

with her -- Amy Winehouse has

insulted a very important person.

What has she done? When we are all

in the company of royalty we want

to be on our best behaviour but Amy

Winehouse was drunk when the king

of Zulu took to the podium to give

15 minute speech at a restaurant

where people gathered to celebrate

African culture. She took a nap in

the lap of her daift before that

her top slipped down and she

exposed part of her been or breast.

She was downing glasses of wine

before the king arrived and didn't

give him a standing ovation. She

needed to be lifted out of her

chair out of respect. The king has

16 wives and has seen all different

types of antics but didn't

understand who Amy Winehouse was,

we know her as a train wreck who is

a grm my winner and a big seller.

How many Grammys does the king

have? Will he be taking on Amy

Winehouse as his 17th wife. Justin

Timberlake is voicing characters

for 'The Cleveland Show'. One is a

change of pace for him, what it is

about? The ladies man who really

enjoys making us laugh. He has been

chemical on the show called

'Saturday Night Live'. He is taking

his vocal talents and voicing an

animated character. He will play a

gay man with a love interest with

one of the other characters. The

show is so delighted to have him

involved they are allowing him to

voice another character. I believe

he will play a musical booger - I

don't know exactly what that is -

but I do know he is advancing more

in the motion picture area. He will

be in motion pictures celebrating

social networking film about

Facebook which really should be

exciting. He will voice (BOOING)

Bear in a Yogie Bear adaptation for

Grammys and can definitely sing and

dance. From Boo Boo to booger. He

have to Google that. We will talk

Labor has received a slight boost

in the latest opinion poll but is

still in a losing position two

weeks out from polling day. Today

both leaders will take the bottle

to Brisbane with Julia Gillard set

to meet Kevin Rudd face-to-face for

the first time since she deposed

him. Two weeks out from the

election and the government has

made little progress in winning

back voter support despite a shift

in campaign strategy. Today's

Nielsen Poll shows Labor continuing

to trail the Coalition. The

government's primary vote remains

steady at 36% while the Opposition

is down 1 point to 44%. Travelling

to the sunshine State today Ms

Gillard will go after the senior's vote offering elderly Australians

the chance to earn up to $6,500 a

year without losing pension

benefits. A reunion with Kevin Rudd

is also planned - their first since

Ms Gillard ousted him as prime

minister. Like other senior members

of the team he will be campaigning

for the election of the Labor

government. Tony Abbott says right

now it is hard to know what is --

who is in charge of the government?

Is it reel or fake Julia or come-

back everyKev. He will bring asylum

seekers bag onto the agenda today.

He will speak to the president of

na rue about reopening the regional

detention centre. Mr Abbott

revealed if he wins government he

will consider a plan for young

people to give up their welfare

benefits in return for a guaranteed job.

Police divers searching for missing

six-year-old Kiesha Abrahams will

today focus on shallow creeks in

western Sydney. Locals have again

held vigils outside her home

overnight lighting candles and

leaving dolls and bears. There has

been no sign of her since she was

reported missing by her mother and

stepfather from their Mt Druitt

unit last Sunday. They are staying

at a nearby motel to escape the

attention. David Jones has set up a

bullying hotline for staff who feel

they have been harassed in the wake

of the lawsuit against the retailer

and its former CEO. Staff can phone

the hotline and anonymously ask for

the number of a law firm. David

Jones has appointed to deal with

harassment complaints. If a senior

staff member is involved the David

Jones board will be notified

immediately. Meanwhile the woman at

the centre of the $37 million

lawsuit, Kristy Fraser-Kirk, denies

reports she is a serial complainer.

Australian-born Princess Mary is

pregnant and expecting twins. The

Danish Royal Court confirmed the

38-year-old is due to give birth in

January in Copenhagen. Speculation

about a royal birth has been rife

this week after she was spotted in

loose fitting clothing and with a

bump. The princess already has two

children with husband Prince

Frederik. Pakistan's prime minister

has appealed for international help

as the country deals with its worst

floods in history. 12 million

people have now been affected by

the disaster with at least 1,600

killed. Authorities are struggling

to evacuate hundreds of thousands

of locals from regions in the south.

More torrential rain is forecast in

coming days. BP says it may drill

again in the same underwater

reservoir that leaked millions of

litres of oil into the Gulf of

Mexico. Officials say there is

still a lot of oil and gas at the

site. Efforts to permanently plug

the leak with cement are going to

plan. We have actually had more

than a week where we haven't

identified any recoverable oil to

use things like our big open-water

Carlton is back from the wilderness

and has all but ended Essendon's

finals tilt after a thrashing at

the MCG last night. The Blues lost

their past six games against the

Bombers but three first quarter

goals from Jeff Garlett had the

Blues leading at half time. Brett

Stanton bulled the Bombers back to

within a couple of kicks midway

through the third. Stanton gets the

goal and it is closeing now for

sure! That was it, the Blues kicked

ten goals in a boom last quarter to

seal an emphatic win with Garlett

grabbing a career-best six goals.

In NRL Parramatta has racked up two

big back-to-back losses after the

Titans staged a come-from-behind

win at Skilled Park last night. The

Hayne plane was flying high early

on. A high shot on cold cost

captain Scott Prince sparked the

Titans as they crossed for six

second-half tries to turn the match

completely around. Minichello has

North Queensland has snatched a

last-gasp goal at NIB Stadium last

night. After trailing early on the

Fury hit back with goals each side

of half time to take the leefpltd

the match took another turn as the

Glory scored twice more to regain

the lead. In one final twist Chris

Grossman rescued a point for north

Queensland. The fury have scored

right at the death! At Hindmarsh

Stadium Adelaide had to settle for

a goaless draw against Newcastle

after Daniel Mullen's goal was

ruled offside. Wallaby's half back

Will Genia says Australia has to go

into tonight's test in Christchurch

with a positive attitude if they

have any chance of winning. I think

believing is the first part of

winning. If you don't believe I

don't think you should turn up. If

you go into a game not believing

you can win you have already lost.

The Wallabies will need to break a

nine-year drought in New Zealand if

they have to keep their hopes alive.

It is beautiful. We are down at the

Sydney observetry. We have some

weird and wacky things happening

this morning. We have some mad

scientists running around.

Maclean's are putting on a

promotion called the Bright Sparks

Promotion. It gives three families

the chance to win a science safari

worth up to $20,000. Two people

leaving is Melissa Hoyer and her

beautiful son. We will chat with

them in a moment but let's look at

what is happening around the

country. On the regional fly around.

Now we have a little bit of

toothbrush happening there. You are

jetting off soon. On Tuesday. What

is the science a farry. It is Saul

about basically making science

interesting and exciting to people.

I think we think of that word

'signs' and we think it is Borg. I

am taking my very active son to

Ayers Rock and we will be looking at everything at everything from observatories to

underwater things and going to

kings canyon and doing lots of

stuff because science is about

making kids learn about what it is

all about. Why do you like science?

I don't know. He's had too much fun

with the teat and everything else

that is here this morning. What has

he had for breakfast. Newt try

grain actually. So people can win a

science safari at home? If you go

to the Maclean's website you can

log on and there are three we are

giving away. You can end up going

to Egypt or Hawaii. Hawaii sounds

good. I think so because we are

chilly today. Larry might enjoy

that. He certainly would. The

former David Joan's publicist suing

the department store and her former

boss says she is now the target of

a smear campaign. A spokesman for

Kristy Fraser-Kirk says 'the Sunday

Telegraph' newspaper asked a series

of questions that imply she is a

serial complainer about sexual

harassment. The questions relate to

her school, previous jobs and a

Contiki tour. She says the

implication is wrong. Johnathan

more ran is a journalist from 'the

Sunday Telegraph'. Kairkkairk --

Kristy Fraser-Kirk's spokesman said

'the Sunday Telegraph' specifically

asked questions to start a smear

campaign against their client. What

were the questions? I ask questions

every-- every week. There is no

smear campaign let's be clear about

that. 'The Sunday Telegraph' does

not print until tomorrow. We were

going about our job to look into a

story. This spin doctor has turned

it into a smear campaign and they

have resealed she has made a

complaint against a former imploy

year and that has come out in a

statement around the country. To

release that statement was

extraordinary by this spin doctor

who admitted she had done a

campaign before. She had actually

made a complaint before. It is

extraordinary. Obviously this case

with such an enormous amount of

money being asked for is particular.

What is the background to kristy's

life or other claims relevant to

this case? Absolutely. The game

changed on Monday morning when she

went out side her house, it was no

surprise, no just falling out of the

the heaven that she had chosen that

time to do that the day before the

David Jones spring fashion launch,

there was no surprises there, that

was planned by her spin doctor and

legal time to overshadow that. When

you are going for $37 million

questions will be asked. People are

looking into her employment history.

This is about her workplace

situation so of course questions

will be asked. So what are the

complaints? The complaints and the

questions that we handed out were

asking about her time in the New

South Wales police force when she

worked in operational bureau as a

civilian, we asked about her time

working at Optus and her time as a

student and the con Tiki tour. How

will you cover the story tomorrow?

You will have to see and read 'the

Sunday Telegraph' tomorrow to see

what it is about. There is a

legitimate story here to be told.

There is no smear campaign on our

behalf. We asked very hard

questions of mark McInest. We

printed the fact he arrived in

Phoenix Arizona, the capital for

clinics and treatment facilities in

the US. We have been pretty fair

here. Thanks for coming in. After

weeks of media speculation Princess

Mary has confirmed she is pregnant

overnight. That is not all,

Australia's favourite princess is

expecting twins. In recent weeks

she has been wearing baggy clothing

fuelling pregnancy rumours. Now she

announced the babies are due in

January. Let's get more from Len

nart stern in Denmark. What has the

palace said at this point? -- Len

art stern in Denmark. What has the

-- Lennar Stern in Denmark. What

has the palace said at this point?

They have said it is right she will

give birth to twins in January but

we haven't got anything coming from

crown Prince Frederik. He went to

Sweden, he is sailing in a boat

competition and no one has seen

Mary today. She is probably staying

with her family but the comment

from the royal court said that

everyone is so happy and that the

reaction from the Danish - the

people I have been talking to all

day is one word 'happiness',

happiness for the family, the

couple and Denmark. Twins in the

royal family goes 800 years back in

history to find so this is amazing.

Princess Mary already has two

children of course. We know the

story about the twins has come as a

surprise but what about more kids,

has that come as a surprise or did

they always say they wanted a big

family. They have been telling all

the time, "We want a big family."

It is the question all the

m
