Zuma takes unofficial victory in South Africa -

LEIGH SALES, PRESENTER: There's are no official result yet, but there's no doubt who'll be South
Africa's next President. Jacob Zuma has joined street celebrations in anticipation of his party's
victory in the general election.

JACOB ZUMA, ANC LEADER : All power! All power!

LEIGH SALES: With more than half of the ballots counted, the ANC has 67 per cent of the vote.
That's just over the two-thirds majority needed to change the constitution and consolidate power.
Mr Zuma's predicting his party will end up with 70 per cent of the vote. At this stage, the largest
Opposition party has only about 16 per cent.
