Chairman of the Standing Committee on Regulations and Ordinances (Senator Watson): To move—That the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1), as contained in Select Legislative Instrument 2006 No. 3 and made under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984 , be disallowed.
