37    Discussion of Matter of Public Importance—Administration—Turnbull Government

The Acting Deputy President (Senator Lines) informed the Senate that Senator Moore had proposed that the following matter of public importance be submitted to the Senate for discussion:

Despite the change of Prime Minister, the adoption by the Turnbull Government of former Prime Minister Abbott’s misplaced priorities and broken promises.

The proposal was supported by four senators and the matter was discussed.

Leave refused : Senator Gallacher sought leave to table a document.

An objection was raised and leave was not granted.
