13    Migration Amendment (Temporary Protection Visas) Regulation—Disallowance—Proposed Rescission

The Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection (Senator Cash), pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal motion, moved government business notice of motion no. 3—That, for the purposes of paragraph 48(1)(a) of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 , the Senate rescinds its resolution of 2 December 2013 disallowing the Migration Amendment (Temporary Protection Visas) Regulation 2013, as contained in Select Legislative Instrument 2013 No. 234 and made under the Migration Act 1958 .
