5       Commonwealth Electoral Amendment Bill 2016

Order of the day read for the further consideration of the motion of the Minister for Finance (Senator Cormann)—That this bill may proceed without formalities and be now read a first time ( see entry no. 32, 29 February 2016 ).

Debate resumed on the motion—That this bill may proceed without formalities— and on the amendment moved by Senator Collins :
