Publications—Standing Committee—16th Report

Senator Ruston, at the request of the Chair of the Standing Committee on Publications (Senator O’Sullivan), tabled the following report:



The Publications Committee reports that it has met in conference with the Publications Committee of the House of Representatives.

The Committee, having considered documents presented to the Parliament since 25 June 2015, recommends that the following be printed:

Australian Human Rights Commission—Report No. 93—AN v ANZ Banking Group Limited.

Defence Force Discipline Act 1982 —Judge Advocate General—Report for 2014.

Export Market Development Grants Scheme—Certainty and confidence: Exports and jobs for a changing global economy—Review, dated 30 June 2015.

Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse—Royal Commission—

Reports of case studies—

No. 10—The Salvation Army’s handling of claims of child sexual abuse 1989 to 2014, dated June 2015.

No. 12—The response of an independent school in Perth to concerns raised about the conduct of a teacher between 1999 and 2009, dated June 2015.

No. 17—The response of the Australian Indigenous Ministries, the Australian and Northern Territory governments and the Northern Territory police force and prosecuting authorities to allegations of child sexual abuse which occurred at the Retta Dixon Home, dated July 2015.
