National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment Bill 2016

Messages from the House of Representatives were reported transmitting for the concurrence of the Senate the following bills:

Message no. 25, dated 2 May 2016—A Bill for an Act to amend the law in relation to payment systems and netting and other aspects of the financial sector, and for related purposes.

Message no. 26, dated 2 May 2016—A Bill for an Act to amend the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 , and for related purposes.

The Assistant Minister for Agriculture and Water Resources (Senator Ruston) moved—That these bills may proceed without formalities, may be taken together and be now read a first time.
