ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS REFERENCES COMMITTEE—INTERIM REPORT—REGULATORY ARRANGEMENTS IN DEALING WITH THE SIMULTANEOUS TRANSMISSION OF RADIO PROGRAMS

The Acting Deputy President (Senator Bernardi) tabled the following report received on 31 May 2013:

 Environment and Communications References Committee—The effectiveness of current regulatory arrangements in dealing with the simultaneous transmission of radio programs using the broadcasting services bands and the Internet (fsimulcast')—Interim report, dated 30 May 2013.

Extension of time to report: Senator Moore, by leave and at the request of the Chair of the Environment and Communications References Committee (Senator Birmingham), moved—That the time for the presentation of the report of the Environment and Communications References Committee on regulatory arrangements in dealing with the simultaneous transmission of radio programs be extended to 12 July 2013.
