LAW AND JUSTICE—PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE BILL—PROPOSED ORDER FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS

The Leader of the Australian Greens (Senator Milne), pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal motion, moved general business notice of motion no. 979—That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Special Minister of State and the Minister representing the Minister for the Public Service and Integrity, by 1 November 2012:

 (a) all draft copies of the Government's Public Interest Disclosure Bill; and

 (b) correspondence from all government departments and agencies that support or raise concerns about the abovementioned draft bills.
