The Leader of the Opposition in the Senate (Senator Abetz), pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal motion, moved general business notice of motion no. 612—That when the Education, Employment and Workplace Relations Legislation Committee meets in February 2012 to consider additional estimates in relation to Fair Work Australia, Mr Tim Lee appear before the committee to answer questions relating to his previous work as General Manager at Fair Work Australia.
