FOREIGN AFFAIRS, DEFENCE AND TRADE LEGISLATION COMMITTEE—LEAVE TO MEET DURING SITTING

Senator McEwen, at the request of the Chair of the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Legislation Committee (Senator Bishop) and pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal motion, moved general business notice of motion no. 194—That the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Legislation Committee be authorised to hold a public meeting during the sitting of the Senate on Thursday, 3 March 2011, from 4.30 pm, to take evidence for the committee's inquiry into the provisions of the Criminal Code Amendment (Cluster Munitions Prohibition) Bill 2010.
