COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

The Acting Deputy President (Senator Marshall) informed the Senate that the President had received a letter requesting changes in the membership of a committee.

The Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research (Senator Carr), by leave, moved—That Senator Birmingham replace Senator Boswell on the Environment, Communications and the Arts References Committee for the committee's inquiry into the Energy Efficient Homes Package, and Senator Boswell be appointed as a participating member.

Question put and passed.
