and moved-That these bills be considered urgent bills.

Proposed suspension of standing orders: The Leader of the Opposition in

the Senate (Senator Faulkner), pursuant to contingent notice, moved-That

so much of standing order 142 be suspended as would prevent debate taking

place on the motion.
