The House of Representatives transmits to the Senate a Bill intituled ""A Bill for an Act to establish an Australian Protective Service'', in which it desires the concurrence of the Senate.

On the motion of the Minister for Veterans' Affairs (Senator Gietzelt) the Bill was read a first time.
