ABORIGINES AND ISLANDERS (ADMISSIBILITY OF CONFESSIONS) BILL 1986

Senator Macklin, pursuant to Notice of Motion not objected to as a Formal Motion, moved-That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act relating to the admissibility of confessions made by Aborigines and Islanders and to related matters.

Senator Macklin, by leave, moved-That this Bill be now read a second time.
