BRITISH NUCLEAR TESTS IN AUSTRALIA-ROYAL COMMISSION REPORT-GOVERNMENT RESPONSE-MINISTERIAL STATEMENT

The Minister for Resources and Energy (Senator Evans), by leave, made a statement relating to the Government's Response to the Report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into British Nuclear Tests in Australia, tabled on 5 December 1985, and moved-That the Senate take note of the Statement.

Debate ensued.

On the motion of Senator Robertson the debate was adjourned.

Ordered-That the resumption of the debate be an Order of the Day for the next day of sitting.
