Page 2, sub-clause 9 (3), lines 36 and 37, leave out the sub-clause.

Page 3, sub-clause 10 (1), line 3, leave out ""sub-sections 7 (2) and 9 (3)'', insert ""sub-section 7 (2)''.

Grape Research Levy Collection Bill 1986:

Page 6, sub-clause 12 (2), lines 34 to 41, leave out the sub-clause, insert the following sub-clause:

""(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), it is a reasonable excuse for a person to refuse or fail to submit a return or information that the return or information might tend to incriminate that person.''.
