Page 4, sub-clause 7 (1), proposed sub-sub-paragraph 23aa (1) (b) (iv) (b), lines 27 to 29, leave out ""and before the expiration of the period of 3 years commencing on the day on which the statement is made''.

Page 4, sub-clause 7 (1), proposed paragraph 23aa (1) (e), lines 39 and 40, leave out ""hardship or detriment of an economic nature'', insert ""significant hardship or detriment''.
