Notices of Motion withdrawn: The Chairman of the Standing Committee on Regulations and Ordinances (Senator Cooney), in accordance with notice of intention given on 10 April 1986, withdrew Business of the Senate, Notices of Motion Nos 1 and 2 standing in his name for this day, for the disallowance of Amendment No. 46 of the Telecommunications (Staff) By-laws and the Navigation (Limitation of Shipowners' Liability) Regulations (Amendment).

No. 1-To move on Wednesday, 16 April 1986-That sections 54 and 59 of the Health Authority Ordinance 1985, as contained in Australian Capital Territory Ordinance No. 69 of 1985 and made under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910, be disallowed.

No. 2-To move 15 sitting days after today-That sections 61, 62, 63, 65, 66, 67, 68 and 69 of the Health Authority Ordinance 1985, as contained in Australian Capital Territory Ordinance No. 69 of 1985 and made under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910, be disallowed.

The Chairman of the Standing Committee on Regulations and Ordinances (Senator Cooney)-To move on the next day of sitting-

(1) That the Standing Committee on Regulations and Ordinances have power to appoint sub-committees consisting of 3 or more of its members for the purpose of attending Delegated Legislation Conferences and that the quorum of a sub-committee be 2 members.

(2) That the Committee, or any sub-committee appointed pursuant to paragraph (1), have power to move from place to place.
