ALLEGATIONS CONCERNING A JUDGE-SELECT COMMITTEE-APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS

The President informed the Senate that he had received letters from the Leader of the Government, the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate and the Leader of the Australian Democrats nominating Senators Bolkus, Haines, Lewis and Tate to be members of the Select Committee on Allegations Concerning a Judge.

The Manager of Government Business (Senator Grimes), by leave, moved-That Senators Bolkus, Haines, Lewis and Tate, having been duly nominated in accordance with the Resolution of the Senate dated 6 September 1984, be appointed members of the Select Committee on Allegations Concerning a Judge.
