ATTORNEY-GENERAL-CENSURE MOTION

Order of the Day read for the adjourned debate on the motion of the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate (Senator Chaney)-That the Senate censures the Attorney-General for his handling of The Age tapes, and in particular his persistent refusal to provide information to the Parliament in order that it might properly perform its role in matters relating to the Judiciary.
