TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT BILL 1984

Senator Haines, pursuant to Notice of Motion not objected to as a Formal Motion, moved-That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to amend the Trade Practices Act 1974 so as to give further protection to consumers in respect of defective motor vehicles.
