The Attorney-General (Senator Gareth Evans), by leave and pursuant to Notices of Motion not objected to as Formal Motions, moved the following motions together- That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to establish a National Crime Authority;

That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to make certain amendments consequent upon the enactment of the National Crime Authority Act 1983;

That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to establish an Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and for related purposes; and

That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to amend certain Acts in consequence of the enactment of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1983.
