Page 13, clause 50, proposed sub-item 11 (1), leave out '', fibreglass liners''.

Question-That the amendments be agreed to-put and negatived.

Senator Jack Evans moved a further amendment, viz: Page 11, clause 34, proposed item 123A, leave out all words after ''item'', insert ''by a registered medical practitioner that certifies that the person's hearing is impaired to such an extent that the person is, or is taken to be, moderately deaf''.

Debate ensued.

Title agreed to.
