SCHEDULE OF THE AMENDMENTS MADE BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES No. 1-Page 29, Schedule 1, before- ''Honey Levy Collection Act 1962 Sub-section 8 (1)

Omit 'ten per centum', substitute '20%'.'',

insert-

''Honey Industry Act 1962 Paragraph 18 (1) (c)

Omit 'on the security of the honey', substitute 'on such security as the Board considers adequate' ''.

No. 2-Page 55, Schedule 1, add at the end of that Schedule- ''World Heritage Properties Conservation Act 1983

Paragraph 17 (9) (a)

After 'State', insert 'or in the Northern Territory'.

Paragraph 17 (9) (b)

The Minister for Social Security (Senator Grimes) moved-That the amendments made by the House of Representatives be agreed to.

The Deputy-President (Senator Hamer) resumed the Chair; and the Temporary Chairman of Committees (Senator Lewis) reported that the Committee had considered Message No. 57 of the House of Representatives relating to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill (No. 1) 1983 and had agreed to the amendments made by the House of Representatives in the Bill.

On the motion of Senator Grimes the Report from the Committee was adopted.
