Senator Macklin, pursuant to Notice of Motion not objected to as a Formal Motion , moved- (1) That so much of the Standing Orders be suspended as would prevent the succeeding provisions of this Resolution having effect.

(2) That the following Bills be restored to the Notice Paper and that consideration of each of the Bills be resumed at the stage reached in the last Session of the previous Parliament: Customs Amendment Bill (No. 2) 1981;

Income Tax Assessment Amendment Bill (No. 2) 1981;

Sales Tax Assessment (Rebate for Transport Costs) Bill 1981;

Liquor Advertising Tax Assessment Bill 1981;

Liquor Education Fund Bill 1981;

Rainforest Preservation Agreements Bill 1982;

Constitution Alteration (Electors' Initiative) Bill 1982;

Sales Tax (Exemptions and Classifications) Amendment Bill (No. 2) 1982;
