Senator Sibraa, pursuant to Sessional Order, moved-That the Senate take note of the following Papers:

Defence-Memorandum of understanding on logistic support between the Government of Australia and the Government of the United States of America-

Annex B-Procedures for request by Australia from the United States of weapons and munitions in advance of normal leadtimes.

Annex C-Arrangement to facilitate co-operative, logistic support between Australia and other countries in the South West Pacific area.

Annex D-Procedure for the exchange of information of equipment plans and programs of potential joint interest.

Annex E-Technology transfer procedures.

Annex F-Procedures for request by Australia for assistance in activation and expansion of the Australian defence production base during periods of international tension or in circumstances of armed conflict.
