BUDGET PAPERS 1982-83-Suspension of Standing Orders

The Minister for Finance (Senator Dame Margaret Guilfoyle), by leave, moved-That so much of the Standing Orders be suspended as would prevent the Minister for Finance (Senator Dame Margaret Guilfoyle) speaking without limitation of time when moving that the Senate take note of the Budget Papers 1982-83.
