INDUSTRIAL DEMOCRACY BILL 1981

Senator Siddons, pursuant to Notice, moved-- That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to encourage the introduction of industrial democracy in Australian enterprises through reductions in company tax for enterprises classified as industrial democracy enterprises.

Question--put and passed.

Bill presented and, on the motion of Senator Siddons, read a first time.

Senator Siddons, by leave, moved--That this Bill be now read a second time.

On the motion of the Minister for National Development and Energy (Senator Carrick) the debate was adjourned.
